Referral Coordinator
Oana joined the dental industry in 2016 starting her career as a dental nurse. After achieving her NEBDN Certificate in Dental Nursing she was keen to learn more and joined us as a Patient Care Coordinator. With her knowledge, experience and additional training she is now responsible for the smooth running of our referrals system and treatment coordinating for all our specialist clinicians
Her main focus is to make the patient journey enjoyable, smoother and stress-free providing a high level of customer care and service. She provides guidance through the process and overseas patients treatment plans.
